Manna Imports:
When browsing Manna Imports site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the condition that orders can only be placed with Manna Imports by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of either 18 or 21 as legislated in your state of residence.
Payment: Manna Imports are not obliged to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received by Manna Imports. In the event of the ordered goods being unavailable Manna Imports may cancel the transaction and implement a refund.
All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax.
Payment made via Bank Transfer or Direct Deposit: Payment must be received by us within 3 working days of the order date, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Payment made via Cheque: Payment must be received by Manna Imports within 10 working days of the order date. Cheques will take 5 working days to clear, then your order will be dispatched.
Returns: Due to Australian Health Department Regulations, products cannot be returned or exchanged after being purchased by a customer. If the product you have ordered is defective, an email is sent to sales@mannaimports.com.au for instructions on returning the product. The goods must be returned to us within 14 days of purchase of the product, with the invoice. Returned goods will not be accepted for credit without prior notice and approval by Manna Imports. Any costs incurred due to the return of the goods are payable by the customer. If the defect is due to a manufacturing fault, the product will be exchanged at no cost to the consumer. Items that have been used or worn, with no fault, are not refundable.

Delivery: The customer assumes all risk of loss and damage to the goods, upon delivery of the goods by Manna Imports.
These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.
